WHICH COUNTRY'S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
The terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation (and any
non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by German law. We both
agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
